The minimum order quantity for standard models is 1 ton, subject to model and packaging. Sample orders of 1–5 kg are available so you can run small trial mixes first.
Yes. We provide 1–5 kg samples with freight paid by the customer. After receiving the sample, run a small trial mix with your actual raw materials and target density to confirm foam stability and strength before bulk ordering.
Yes. Provide your base material (cement or magnesia), target density, and construction method, and our technical team will recommend dilution ratio, foaming agent dosage, and reference mix design, with further adjustment based on trial mix results.
Our foaming agent is tested for foam half-life and bleeding rate before delivery, and foam stability is good under normal dilution and usage. Slumping is usually related to excessive foam dosage, over-mixing, or high alkalinity of the base material. A small trial mix is recommended to confirm.
Standard models ship within 3–5 working days from stock. Custom models or large orders usually take 7–15 working days. Final lead time is confirmed in the contract; export orders also require time for customs clearance and shipping.
